For years, my brows have been sparse and patchy due to over-tweezing as a teen. Prior to my first consultation, I was so nervous about the microblading process. I was afraid I wouldn’t love the results and therefor was her hesitant to have it done. After chatting with Shayna, she instantly made me feel comfortable taking the leap. She answered all of my many questions with poise and never once made my concerns or queries feel like an inconvenience to her in any way. Shayna is very passionate about what she does, extremely knowledgeable and is a true perfectionist with each and every detail. She went through and thoroughly explained each of the different style/shading techniques she offers so I could make an informed decision on what would work best for me. She took the time to re-draw and re-measure the stencilling as many times as necessary in order to get the perfect shape before getting started. I left the colour choice in Shayna’s capable hands, and she totally nailed it. Her line work is spot on and very natural looking. From my initial inquiry to post-procedure healing questions, her exceptional service and genuine care for her clients has been outstanding every step of the way.
